RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Annie Sloan Products are non-refundable unless the item(s) arrives damaged. This is customary in the industry. We want to make sure you receive product that has been shipped new to us and one time to you. That is how we keep strong quality control.

You may return all other new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (online/shipped) orders only).
