SALEX TAX | Our sales tax is determined from our little country town, in sunny California

 

ORDERS | Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged upon the order of your item. Although we carefully check orders, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping or billing information. Please carefully review your information before submitting. 

 

BACKORDERS | We try to keep all  of our treasures in stock and update accordingly. But, if you ever find yourself with an item backordered, we will immediately let you know. If you wish to cancel and reorder please notify us within 24 hours of transaction and we will refund your order.

 

SHIPPING | We ship USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method. Items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email when your package has been sent out with a tracking number.  PLEASE NOTE we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.

 

DELIVERY | We ship to the Paypal or ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Just take an extra glance or two and double check your address is right, before sending the order our way.

 

FLASH SALES + COUPON CODES | We love a good sale, so on occasion we run flash sales, or offer an online coupon for a limited time. Because our sales are temporary and not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES | We hope you love your treasures you’ve received, but in the event you don’t, some items may be shipped back within 14 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All sale items, vintage items, jewelry, books, accessories, cake toppers, food or drink dishes, pillows, linens, candles, customs signs, or hats are unavailable for return/exchange or store credit and are FINAL SALE. Any items returned must be in their original packaging unopened with all tags attached. Anything received without these compliances will be refused. Refunds will be awarded upon the arrival and inspection of the item back to the store. 

 

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If we’ve made an error, or you’ve received a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and a return label for you to send back the item within 3 business days of notifying us. All items must be in original packaging and unused and unworn condition.
